Those with orthodontic coverage may receive the added benefit of reduced personal cost. We are happy to aid you in maximizing your personal insurance benefit and will be happy to assist you in determining your coverage. Orthodontic benefits are different from regular dental insurance and policies vary. Once we are able to confirm your policy, we will be happy to explain how your benefit can be applied to your treatment plan. Please remember that your policy is a benefit for you or your child and if during the course of treatment your benefit changes, please let us know so we may aid you in determining if there is a change to your out of pocket commitment.

Some employers offer flexible spending accounts to their employees as a benefit. This option allows employees to set aside contributions BEFORE federal, state and social security taxes are removed. The result is that your taxable income is reduced and the contributions can be used for health and dental expenses. Because our contracts are written to reflect overall treatment costs, households may accurately plan for flexible spending contributions. Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.

We value your time and make every effort to stay on or ahead of schedule everyday. We have engineered our schedule to try to better serve you. Please do your part to help keep us running on time: arrive promptly and check in on the computer. If you have not brushed your teeth prior to arrival, please do so at the brushing station prior to the start of your appointment.

Longer appointments, particularly the placement of braces or delivery of orthodontic appliances, are usually scheduled during the noon and morning hours. Because many of our patients are in school, after-school appointments are the most desirable. To be fair to all of our patients, we try to provide many of the routine adjust appointments and retainer checks during after-school hours; however, there will be occasions when some school time will have to be missed in order to keep your orthodontic treatment on schedule.
